Serenity Medspa & Wellness LLC is by appointments only. Clients can book appointments online or over the phone. To secure your appointment online or over the phone, a non-refundable deposit must be made. The deposit will go toward your service amount. If deposits are not paid before the assigned appointment, the appointment might be canceled. 

Please arrive on time. Arriving late may require shortening the length of your service with full charges still being applied. There is a 10 minute grace period, but if clients arrive more than 15 minutes later than their initial appointment time, the appointment may be rescheduled to disruption of other appointments and the deposit will be kept and not applied towards other future appointments or a fee will be charged. If client no shows then a charge of 50% of the service amount will be charged.
